Qualified Supervision for RCSWI in Florida
As a Florida Qualified Supervisor, I offer supportive, structured supervision for Registered Clinical Social Work Interns (RCSWIs) who are working toward licensure. My goal is to help you not only meet state requirements, but also grow into a confident, ethical, and skilled clinical social worker.
Weekly supervision sessions include:
- Case Consultation – guidance on assessment, treatment planning, interventions, and ethical decision-making.
- Professional Development – support for clinical identity, boundaries, self-care, and career planning.
- ASWB Clinical Exam Preparation – focused review of exam domains, practice questions, and test-taking strategies.
Supervision is designed to be collaborative and empowering, giving you the tools to succeed in clinical practice and the confidence to approach the licensure exam with clarity and readiness.
